By TK Healey What are some fun ways to spend time together when the weather outside is dreary? There are all kinds of inexpensive ways to spend time with your kids. Reading a story to your young child is a wonderful experience. Listening to music and dancing together is also fun. Another fun activity is building forts with blankets and moving furniture together. Then bring in a flashlight and read a book to your child. Play dough is also a nice creative way to spend time together. Roll it, mold it and create great works of art. It's safe and can be used over and over again. You can make your own play dough and make different colors. Here is a great play dough recipe I have used many times with my own kids.
4 cups flour
1 cup salt
4 cups water
4 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup cream of tartar
food coloring (use this to create the colors of your choice)
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook and stir over low/medium heat until play dough is completely formed and no longer sticky. Allow to cool slightly before storing in an air tight container or zip lock bag. Shaving cream art is also fun and easy. Using a vinyl table cloth or plastic placemats just spray some shaving cream on and let them use like finger paint. I would recommend using the sensitive skin brand of shaving cream. Another great
favorite is collages. You just need construction paper, some magazines, elmer's glue and safety scissors. Have the children cut out pictures of interest to them and glue them all over the construction paper. Once their project dries hang proudly on your fridge.

This is when the typical housewife leaves the gym and the typical high school (or college) student comes in to workout. They arent concerned with teen fitness, teen health or college health. They are much more concerned with other things. If teens today cared about teen health and teen fitness, they might get better results at the gym, look better, feel better, etc. But they arent concerned with teen health. They are concerned with how they look and the numbers they put up. College students and high school students (males and females, unfortunately.each have their own specific flaws) come to the gym typically for social/ego purposes. (Before you bombard me with messages about how you are concerned with teen health and teen fitness, let me say I am generalizing after years and years in the gym). Males at the gym not concerned with teen fitness: Its a numbers game, not a teen heath game. By that I mean they throw on three plates on each side to squat, bend their knees three inches, and stand up. BOOM. They can now go to the locker room and say they squatted 315. Not exactly teen fitness. Females at the gym: social hour, not teen health or college health. Either its boy hunting, or talking amongst yourselves between sets. College health is not about chit chatting.

How to Hook the Big Fish!
By Bill Watkins Fly Fishing is a passion of mine and I enjoy sharing my tips so that others can learn to catch the Big Fish! I usually go out from the Boca inlet in Boca Raton, Florida. Then I drift for hours luring the fish. As much as I enjoy catching the fish I truly enjoy the peace and quiet of the ocean. It certainly does clear the mind from the hustle and bustle of life. When the species of fish I am searching for aren't hungry for the flys that I present them then I use conventional tackle.
That may consist of either live or dead bait. Then I go out to the desired depth to where the species of fish congregate. Usually starting with a depth of about 110 feet of water and drifting out to over 200 feet. I use three light tackle rods with 15 lb test on each one. That gives the fish less chance of seeing the line. I fish each rod at a different depth in the water column. The first rod I fish live bait or dead ballyhoo with a short piece of leader wire. Let the line out until the bait is at least 75 yards from the boat. The second rod I add a small egg sinker, enough to get the line down about 20 to 30 feet. I let this line out about 50 yards. I use live pilchard, live goggle-eye or sardines that are either live or dead. The third rod I fish on the bottom depending on how much current there is I use either 4, 6, or 8 oz sinker. Whatever it takes for me to get to the bottom. Using no leader I thread the egg sinker through the line and tie my pre-made rig to the hook. Then I hook a dead sardine or 1/2 a ballyhoo through the mouth with a circle hook and hook the treble hook on the rear part of the bait. Then drop the bait to the bottom and slowly move it up and down off the bottom and that is when I get most of my strikes. When using light tackle on the bottom it is very important to have the rod tip next to the water and the line tight so when you setup to hook the fish you can bring the fish up off the bottom quicker. Otherwise the fish will go into a rock hole and break you off. I have learned many techniques over the years and one of the most important things is what is the most effective rig.
These rigs are most effective for catching any fish but especially those that live on the bottom, especially Grouper and Snapper. If you look at the first photo you will see me holding two pieces of titanium wire that is flexible. You can bend the wire without being concerned that it will break.
The rig is made with a 5/0 circle hook and titanium wire attached to a treble hook. I catch 90% of my fish on the treble hook. The length of the wire is determined by the bait that you are attaching it to. Shorter wire for shorter baits and of course longer wire for longer baits. The photos show roughly how far to place the treble hook from the tail of the bait.
After you cut the wire to length to install the hooks you must use a barrel sleeve and crimp it onto the wire to secure the hooks. Once I have my catch of the day I then prepare dinner. It should be stressed that Wernicke encephalopathy is not a common condition and that only a very small percentage of the many thousands of people who are currently undergoing gastric bypass surgery each year are likely to suffer from it. It is nonetheless only one of the many complications which can arise after weight loss surgery and, having put yourself through the trauma of surgery, it would seem silly to succumb to complications simply because you couldn't be bothered to take your daily vitamin and mineral supplements. One relatively common side effect of gastric bypass surgery is vomiting which means that, even when you do take your vitamin and mineral supplements, they may not be doing their job if they are being vomited straight up again. Low Carb Diets: Craze or Crazy?
By James Watts Low carb diets, though popular, have met with much controversy. This type of diet simply doesnt fit with what the American Heart Association recommends. But the success that so many people have had with low carb diets can really make you wonder if the food pyramid that we all learned in grade school, has been wrong all along. Some carbohydrates give us energy while others actually make us more sluggish once we lose the sugar buzz. How To Get Over Him - Quickly
By Robelen Bajar Let me make one thing clear: this has nothing to do with love. I am no expert at love. The very word makes me nauseous and sets my body to a defensive mode. But I have had my heart broken once or twice. Badly. By some pathetic loser by the way. Lucky for me, I'm a quick learner. I made ridiculous mistakes of cosmic proportions and learnt a thing or two. So, if you feel a looming break-up is coming your way (trust me, we can all see it coming!), read, learn and gain wisdom from the mistakes of others because you don't want to make them all! For the ladies who have been there done that and, hopefully, out of the single jungle, enjoying the safety and comfort of Tarzan's little love-nest high up on the treetops, I dedicate this to you all. I hope it tickles your evil, funny bone. Delete, delete, delete... all traces of your ex.
If your memory is better than mine, there are two phone numbers you know by heart: your mom's and your ex's. So, in your quest to get over him, first, delete him from your digital memory store starting with your mobile phone. Erase his mobile number, email, work phone, home phone, his best friend's number, his mother's number (especially!). If you are both on Yahoo Messenger or MSN, close those accounts right now. And, please, get a real social life. Then remove every piece of clothing, toiletry and dirty underwear he left behind in your bathroom. And no, do not even think of washing and neatly packaging these into a bundle for him. The concierge has closed and will not be re-opening. Ever. Change the music in your CD player. It will change the music inside of you. Whatever you do, DO NOT call him. Ever.
It's pathetic, really. What are you hoping to accomplish? No, you will not get him back because he's not coming back. Ever. Even if he does, it will only be overnight. Believe me when I say this: you don't want that! The bottom line is if he dumped you, he's not into you. Sound familiar? The word on the street is true. And there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Ok, so there are those lucky people that get back together and live happily ever after. In the movies! If you're living in the same world as I, you know it's the exception, not the rule. Sadly, most women seem to think, hopelessly and to their detriment, that their situation is somehow always an exception; as if they live in a parallel reality where the rules of engagement do not apply because for some unknown and far-imagined reason, their parallel world is immune to life's cruel veracity. Well, it's not and you're not. The rule of life rules - unless the odd exception, freak-of-nature-type event occurs. And it rarely happens. The sooner you realize that, the better. So, in your moment of pathetic weakness, it's completely understandable and even acceptable to max out your credit card for much needed retail therapy. Even indulge in uncharacteristically obscene behavior including binge-drinking, a drunken pash or two with complete strangers, or hysterical emotional outbursts in embarrassingly crowded places. Just make sure you're in the company of people who give a damn about you - your friends. Scream. Cry. Laugh. Do whatever it takes to flush him out of your system. But for goodness' sake, do not call your ex. Should I return the gold watch he gave me?
Are you kidding me? It's yours. Keep it. Or better yet, take all the valuable items he has ever given you to cash converters - the gold necklace for your birthday, the beautiful pair of earrings last Christmas and that gorgeous bracelet for Valentine's Day. Then buy yourself a new pair of Jimmy Choos. It will elevate your height as well as your mood. Turning his precious little gifts, which are rightfully yours, into cold hard cash will satisfy a scorned woman's desire for sweet revenge. Albeit briefly. But who cares? Right now, little victories are what you need to get you over the line. And over him. Let's be friends? Yeah, right!

If you, in any way, seek to remain friends with an ex who dumped you like vomit, you're up to something and it won't do you any good. Yes, it's absolutely possible to be friends with an ex. I am friends with most of mine as a matter of fact. But if you haven't gotten over him, and I mean really gotten over him, and you're the one making an effort to remain friends with the ex, most likely, you are driven by ulterior motives. You are so much in denial, you can't even admit it to yourself. So, let me make this clearer for you: he's not coming back. Wake up and smell the stench because you are standing on a gigantic pile of horseshit collected over the years starting from when you believed in the myth of Cinderella and his prince, up to the time you thought Ricky Martin was hot. Apparently, Ricky Martin's gay! And Cinderella divorced his prince two months later: they weren't compatible, after all! So, think long and hard about your real motivations. Life is good but it ain't a fairytale. If he is the one dealing the friendship card, well, beware. Remember, or have you forgotten already, he dumped you. So it's neither an invitation for renewed romance nor for any kind of real friendship you want or need right now. Let me tell you a little secret. Most guys, unfortunately, are cowards. They are scared to death of hurting our feelings (because we all go emotional on them!) and will do anything to weasel their way out of very difficult situations. The fact is, if he wants you, and I mean want-you-so-badly-it-hurts, there are no mixed signals. He will come and get you. On the other hand, if he is not really in to you, he will leave things as vague as possible, non-committal if you like, that way he can't be held responsible for anything that happens. Sad but true. So dear friend, if you really want to get on with life, go out and make new friends. Better yet, resurrect all those neglected friendships. I bet your old friends have been waiting for your call for months. Get a life - darn good one!
The sweetest revenge is to live a happy life. And it's the only way to live. But first of all, change your sheets. Call your friends. Dance around the house in your underwear. Or naked, if you prefer. Attend a party (fully clothed!). Drink good champagne. Wear amazingly red lipstick. Strut around in ridiculously high stilettos. Visit your hairdresser. Smile. Chat up a good-looking guy at a funky bar. Wear perfume. Flirt. Play games and play it cool. This time, you're the predator, not the prey. Take a risk. You are so sexy. Who wouldn't want you? If you try to accomplish a calorie deficit only by eating less calories, then you're body thinks it's starving, and will go into a "starvation mode" where it lowers its metabolism in order to prepare for a period of little food (this is more than likely a protective response from years ago when food actually did become scarce, unlike today). Another reason that the metabolism is lowered is because when there is a period of little food, your body tries its best to protect the brain. The brain always requires glucose (carbohydrates that are in the body) to run; however, glucose can not be stored in the body. Therefore, the only way for the body to get glucose is to eat its own muscle (muscle can be converted to glucose) - which lowers your metabolism and causes the starvation response. So, the body accomplishes two things by eating its own muscle: it provides glucose for the brain and causes your body to require less food, since less muscle equals a lower metabolism. When the starvation response is elicited, you smack into the fat loss plateau and the fad diet fails. When you incorporate exercise into your routine, your body feels more comfortable with not lowering your metabolism. If you are exercising frequently, then your body thinks, "I'm actually doing something, so there is probably an abundance of food now, and I shouldn't worry too much." Therefore, the starvation response is mostly avoided. Two important forms of exercise to produce this affect are weight training and aerobic exercise (cardio). However, this article is mostly about cardio. The goal of cardio is to burn calories while avoiding the starvation response. Many times when you mention "exercise" or "cardio", people immediately get negative thoughts in their head about the extreme difficulty of doing such exercise, but these thoughts are misguided. Cardio gets easier as your body adapts, is very rewarding, and can even be fun. How Cardio Becomes Easier While Still Burning the Same Amount of Calories As you do cardio more and more, you body begins to adapt and become better at performing the same work, but with less perceived effort. The body becomes able to move nutrients and oxygen around faster because you build new capillaries, the cells produce more mitochondria (the powerhouse of the cell), your heart becomes more powerful, your body produces more blood, and a host of other adaptations that would cover a whole textbook. The main thing to note here is that you still burn the same amount of calories, even after your body adapts and cardio becomes easier. However, with your new, more adapted body, you will be able to accomplish exercise that burns even more calories resulting in even more fat loss. For instance, in order to burn 300 calories, you would have to walk for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. In contrast, jogging for about 25-30 minutes (the amount of time will vary depending upon your speed) will burn 300 calories. Obviously, the last one is more practical unless you just have a huge amount of time on your hands. Walking also doesn't elicit the endorphin high that running/jogging does either (discussed later). The Overload Principle When you begin a cardio program, your first goal should probably be to adapt to the point where you can burn a sufficient amount of calories. This involves the overload principle. The overload principle is simple: in order to initiate adaptations within your body you must exercise with either a greater intensity, duration, or frequency. Depending upon the type you decide to overload (intensity, duration, or frequency), you will adapt to that type. For instance, if you want to run faster in the same amount of distance, you should run faster, and your body will adapt to that. If you want to run farther, you should run farther, and your body will adapt to that. There is a high degree of specificy that goals along with this principle, but that is the topic for another article. Pretty much, the overload principle reveals that doing the same routine every time without trying to push yourself harder will result in no adaptations. For instance, if you do the same aerobics tape everyday, then your body will never adapt any further - since there is no need for it to. However, if you were to get a more advanced tape and do it, this would initiate an adaptation in your body, but then you would have to find an even harder tape to initiate any further adaptations. Keep in mind though, if you decide to stay at the same level of fitness and do the same routine, then you will still burn the same amount of calories, and if your goal is just fat loss this may be a potential option for you. Just Get Started! If you havent done any cardio for a while, you should obviously start out small. Start out with just a brisk walk, then intermittent jogs while you are jogging, then finally, you will be able to jog the whole time, and then increase your times/speed to the point where you are happy. The hardest part is really just to start doing something. Once you get your momentum going by exercising for the first time, even if you have to start out small, you have already accomplished the hardest part. Your Body's Reward to You: An Endorphin High In addition to burning off unwanted fat, doing cardio gives you something called an "endorphin high". This all natural high induces a feeling of well-being, relaxation, improvement in mood, and increase in your ability to think more clearly. It's theorized that this is the reason why many long distance runners are "addicted" to running - they love the high they get afterwards! Once you've experienced one of these, you're even more likely to continue your regime and therefore continue to burn off fat. Cardio in the Morning? Although calories are the most important thing when considering fat loss; you must also realize that not all calories are created equal. When you wake up in the morning, you body is low on something called glycogen. Glycogen is essentially another word for stored carbohydrates in the body. When exercising, glycogen is a more preferred fuel source to the body in comparison to fat. Your body always uses a mixture of glycogen and fat to run, but the ratio is many times dependant upon the availability of these fuel sources. So, when your body is low on glycogen in the morning, it is forced to burn fat at a higher ratio than if you had just eaten. Therefore, doing cardio in a fasted state will burn more fat than doing it in a non-fasted state. In one study, the researchers concluded that this method can burn 17% more fat in comparison to if you had just eaten (1). Another study agrees with this by stating, "our results support the hypothesis that endurance training enhances lipid oxidation (lipid oxidation means the burning of fat) in men after a 12-h fast at low relative exercise intensities" (2). If you decide to perform cardio in the morning, remember to drink lots of water before-hand (you'll be dehydrated after waking up), and if you want the extra fat burning response, you'll have to avoid breakfast until after you're done. Another reason to exercise in the morning is due to the fact that it will allow you to be in a better mood and to think more clearly for the rest of the day due to the endorphin high. You are also probably more likely to perform cardio in the morning in comparison to the afternoon when you could just blow it off because you are "too tired". Make Sure You're Hydrated Before starting on your new cardio regime, make sure you are properly hydrated. Water increases your capacity to think and exercise more efficiently. Water is required for nearly every reaction inside of your body. Most people walk around in a state of semi-dehydration. Exercising can cause you to get dizzy and pass-out (this author has experienced this), suffer a heat injury, or in severe cases, cause death. Ever had that thick, cotton-like feeling in your mouth while exercising? Cotton-mouth is an obvious sign that you are dehydrated; if you ever get cotton-mouth while performing aerobic exercise, please realize that you could be performing much better and reducing your risk of experiencing dehydration's nasty side effects if you only had drank more water beforehand. It is best to drink water throughout the day rather than only around the time you exercise. Music! One sure fire way to get you pumped up and associate cardio with something positive is to listen to some music before and while doing it. You'll be surprised at how much better you perform and how much more fun cardio seems. As stated before, the hardest part about a cardio regime is starting. Remember to incorporate the overload principle when trying to cause an adaptative response, to stay hydrated, and to listen to music while performing your cardio regime. Also, you may even decide that you want to perform your cardio in the morning to feel good and be able to think more clearly for the rest of the day and to burn even more fat. Once you get passed that point and experience some of cardio's effects such as fat loss without hitting a plateau, a feeling of accomplishment, and that awesome endorphin high, you'll become addicted. By Greg Cryns Fasting has deep roots in human history. Fasting was common in ancient times especially during the equinoxes. It was thought to increase fertility. American Indians used fasting as a way to repent and to ward off major disasters. The roots of fasting in religion cannot be ignored. Jesus Christ spent 40 days in the desert on a long fast. Early Christians, like the Indians, fasted as a form of penance and with the hope that God would smile on their efforts. Today's Christians debate whether fasting is even recommended. Of course, there are some who think circumcision is mandatory so keep an open mind. It can be a good idea to implement some fasting into your weight loss program but I would recommend a slow and easy approach to fasting. During my life I have intentionally taken days off to fast and I learned that the hunger pains DO disappear after a couple of days. The longest period of time I spent fasting was four days. Perhaps you have heard that the body will protect itself if it thinks food is scarce. That is true, but people who worry about this are doomed to failure because they want a quick fix for their obesity. I will repeat, some fasting is good for a weight loss program because you get an opportunity to detoxify your system. This leads to more efficient body functioning and better general good health. See if you can go on a simple two day partial fast. Eat fruits and vegetables only and drink copious amounts of water. You will be cleansing your body to prepare for the longer road ahead in your weight loss program and permanent improvement. You need to train yourself to eat healthfully. Your body is like an automobile. It needs its fluids changed on a regular basis. What is weight loss about? It is not about carbohydrates, calories and portion control It is about keeping your body cleansed, especially your colon. Fasting will begin the colon cleansing process to get rid of digestive wastes.

Somehow we all know the meaning of these words and phrases in their larger context or sort of know the meaning of them. One such buzz word is Value Added. I have heard this used time and time again but wonder what people mean when they say it or what they understand when they hear it and nod knowingly. I take it to mean adding something of value to a product or service to differentiate it from other, similar or even identical, products or services. So, how does a business add value to a product or service to separate it from the pack and make it more desirable? Many books have been written on this fascinating topic so in the short space of this column well just be touching on the subject of adding value. Its all about changing the buyers perception of value. In other words, giving the purchaser something they feel has value without adding substantially to the cost or lowering (gasp!) your prices. It could be the manner in which people are treated in person, on the telephone, or in written communications friendliness and pleasant surroundings adds value. It could be in the package such as an attractive report cover, sturdy shopping bag, or careful packaging of a fragile item. Added value can be perceived from your integrity and policies guarantees, the manner in which returns are handled, and convenience factors like extended hours or reminder services. Value can be added in the manner products or services are presented such as the way wine is presented with grace and showmanship at a fine restaurant or the way a hair stylist positions you to look in the mirror when finished cutting your hair. Not All Hairsprays Are Created Equal
By Barb S Girls, ladies and women, we have all been there: you have a big night you've been looking forward to for ages! You have everything planned from your outfit to your shoes and what color nail-polish you are going to wear. It is the day of the event and you decide to do some last minute retail therapy and buy yourself some new hair spray. You go to the most prestigious salon in town and have a chat to the hairdresser, who tells you this new amazing hairspray is the best thing since sliced bread, and you leave the salon feeling lucky to have come across this great technology right when you needed it. You begin your preparation ritual for the evening, having an extra long bath, treating your hair, shaving, exfoliating, and applying a mask to your face. Then you get dressed, perfect your make-up in a way that even Revlon would have been impressed with, and now for your hair! When you dry and style it, it looks great, then you apply your new advanced generation hairspray just a little all over like the professional advised, and yes, you look hot! A quick once over in the mirror, shoes on and you are out the door in a record two and a half hours from when you started. You're driving to your friends house to pick her up and you catch a glimpse of your hair in the rearview-mirror. Surely those dull drooping strings aren't part of your design! You rush to your friend's door, barely say hello, then race to her mirror. Aargh! What happened to the full bodied shiny style you saw only fifteen minutes ago? Why does your hair look a shade darker than usual and why are those bits all stuck together? You grab a comb and try to perk it up, but nothing improves. You borrow hairspray from your friend but the two combined seems to form some sort of super glue effect and its just getting worse. You contemplate whether you have time to shower and wash it again, but you know you don't. Although your hair probably doesn't look anywhere near as bad as you think it does, if you're not 100% happy with it, you won't feel confident and happy with yourself. Anyway, you head out for your function feeling disappointed and silly for trying something new on a night out. One of the most important rules of hairspray use is always know your product before you rely on it. There are so many different hairsprays on the market, and so many unique types of hair, you may have to trial many before you find one that is your perfect match. Not all hairsprays are created equal, and the days of the shiny, crystallized, stiff looks for everyone are in the past. Using hairspray doesn't mean you have to have a unmovable mass on you head, and if you prefer a natural look it should be yours. The Science Of Hairspray Hairspray is a liquid which you spray on your hair that is sticky and sets quickly. It is basically a liquid plastic which joins to make a coating, then the liquid evaporates and the film that remains dries. Over time, the chemistry involved in creating hair spray recipes has become so complex and involved it is an art form of it's own. There are so many qualities to be considered such as whether it's flexible, and if it's strong hold, extra strong, maximum, or ultra strong. Does it smell like apples or more like fly spray? What environment is it designed for? And what hair type is it meant to be used on? Finding all the qualities you want, then finding the brand to suit your hair is the challenge, but the odds are in your favor and once you do find it, you will probably be loyal for life. The reason we use hairspray is to hold our hair in position once we style it. Some only need a little bit of help to keep their hair in place, and others who have more stubborn hair need maximum hold. A flexible hair spray is one that is light to medium strength and will let your hair still move around naturally while keeping the style. Strong, extra strength or firm should keep your hair still while you're active or in bad weather or if you need to keep a sophisticated hairstyle in place. The hair sprays that have the strongest hold usually dry very quickly and really do freeze your hair in place through difficult conditions. They will normally be called maximum strength, ultra strength or freeze. Purchasing Hair Spray That Will Work For You Once you have decided how strong you want your hairspray to be, there are other properties to take into account. There is a wide range of scents, which are usually brand specific, and you dont want one that you find unpleasant or even worse that irritates you. You can purchase unscented varieties, or almost any flower or fruit you can think of. Try to match it to your shampoo to get the most out of the fragrance you choose. Also, beware of cheap and nasty hairsprays that can smell like fly spray. You may think the smell wears off in a few minutes but other people can notice it. Depending on your hairstyle, you may need to spray a continuous light weight film over your entire hair, or perhaps you prefer to spurt it in burst here and there as you go along. This will determine whether you need a pump spray that is non-aerosol or an aerosol, and both are good for their own purposes. An example would be if you to try to use a pump on a fine full-bodied hairstyle, the weight and moisture could destroy your hard work. In today's climate, you might want to consider a hairspray that has some protective characteristics such as UV filtering, moisturizing or even color protection if your hair is dyed. You can buy some hairsprays that are designed specifically for particular hair types like frizzy, curly, damaged or fine. If you have trouble with your hair being flat try the lighter volumizing variety which is made to lift, add volume and give shine to lifeless hair. Nowadays there are some new formulas that claim to not be sticky and have no shine, if that s something you may prefer. And of course there is the colored variety which is also available with glitter, and both are a novelty product for most people. It can be a good idea to have a few hairsprays on hand to suit different styles and conditions. If you are playing tennis and wearing a visor out in the sun you may want a maximum hold with UV sun protection, whereas if your hair is up in a bun and you just want to curl your wisps up a little, then a non aerosol, more flexible spray should be your choice. How To Use the Hair Spray You Choose In most cases, you should use your hair spray on dry hair. The idea is the use it as the last step in your styling procedure and let the film set and stay in place. If you brush it, wet it, or go out in terrible whether, the coating on your hair will break up and become ineffective. If you do use hairspray every day, you should be sure to wash your hair with a good clarifying shampoo regularly to avoid build-up which can cause dullness and cuticle damage. To prevent disasters occurring at times when you need to rely on your hair spray the most, you should spend some time experimenting with different varieties. There are so many brands surviving on the market for a reason, and that is because we all have unique and individual needs.
